REFERRAL BONUS

The Employee will be paid a referral bonus of one thousand dollars ($1,000) for every candidate referred by the Employee, who becomes a new employee of the Company, and stays with the company for at least three months. This bonus will be paid at the successful completion of three months of the new employee.
